Our company specializes in modular construction. Aztech Group houses are made of high-quality steel. Thermal insulation is closed-cell PUR foam, which is characterized by a very good thermal conductivity coefficient. We use plasterboards for interior finishing, and the external façade is selected individually according to the customer's requirements (facade boards, quartz sinter, seam sheet metal, thin-layer plaster).

We carry out projects for smaller investors, developers, large international companies and private individuals.
We will choose the method of heating the house to suit the investor's individual needs. Due to the growing energy problems, we recommend installing renewable energy systems (heat pump + photovoltaics). The houses are also adapted to traditional heating sources, such as gas heating combined with underfloor heating, infrared heating or air conditioning systems with a heating function (SPLIT).
