2 Contact the office

3 Preparation of documents

Prepare all documents that contain information about your new house and plot. The location, size of the area and any additional requirements and comments will be very useful to speed up the ordering process. Check whether your area is not located in seismic areas and whether it is accessible by heavy transport. Examine the location of your plot in terms of climatic loads (e.g. snow load).

You can attach illustrative photos of models that arouse your interest and home furnishings that you would like to obtain. We will also provide you with a preliminary contract that you can read before signing to eliminate any uncertainties.

4 Company meeting / Video conference

Take the set of documents with you to a meeting at our company. We will show you around our hall, meet our team and see our products.

We will arrange another meeting or, if you are determined to cooperate at this stage, we will sign a contract and prepare all the documents you will need to complete the formalities related to the building permit and the organization of the building site. If you don't have time to travel, we can arrange everything remotely.

5 Designs and visualizations

After paying the pre-agreed advance payment, we will provide you with the drawings needed to obtain a building permit (building plans, sections, elevations). Additionally, static calculations and an energy certificate will be required, which you will also receive from us. We will also prepare a description of the foundation preparation and a set of 3D visualizations.

At this stage, we will determine the exact appearance and equipment of your house. You will receive an offer with a description and exact price of all elements.

6 Building permit

Now everything is in your hands. You must approach the relevant authorities in your area with our documents to obtain the necessary permits.

Once you have taken care of the official matters, prepare the foundations and organize the necessary supplies for the acceptance and assembly of the house - everything will be described in our contract. At this stage, we will set a preliminary production and delivery date for your order.

7 Production and delivery

If the formalities are completed and the dates are set, we start production! Your house will be built in stages, and you will receive information, photos and videos of their progress on an ongoing basis. If you would like to see one of the production stages with your own eyes, please visit our headquarters!

Your house will be ready in 10 to 14 weeks from the start of production. It will then be delivered to the installation site in a previously agreed manner.

8 Installation

Our team will pick up your house on site, place it on foundations and prepare it for use. Minor interior repairs, installation of external facades, installation of standard and additional equipment are carried out by us.

Connection points for water, sewage and electrical installations will be prepared according to the design. It is the responsibility of your electrician and plumber to connect them on site.

9 Guarantee

This is your home! We hope that it will serve you as you dreamed. Remember that you can report all problems to us by e-mail, by phone or in person at the company's headquarters. The house has a minimum two-year warranty, and you have every right to ask us for help and ask questions as long as you need it.
